This course has evolved from my work with individual clients, coupled with an understanding of the neuroscience of sleep.

I’ve combined the best and most recent knowledge into a course that has proved to be effective in improving:-

  1. Falling asleep

  2. Staying asleep

  3. Length of sleep

  4. Quality of sleep

    By improving your sleep, you’ll be improving your life in so many ways. Ideally, you’ll need to commit to following my rules for seven days, so plan to do this course when you have time. Once you’ve made the changes, you won’t want to go back! You can of course study at your own pace, but I’d like to encourage to implement the basic rules I’ll give you in the Second Lesson for at least 7 days in row, so that you can see what makes a difference for you.

    There is an opportunity to book onto a live Q&A session with me to ask any questions or discuss any challenges you’ve encountered in implementing the strategies in the course.
