Retreat cancellation policy

This notice explains how Sally Potter Hypnotherapy and Retreats (hereafter referred to as SPHR) manages cancellations to booked retreats

Retreat refund policy

This policy applies to all residential retreats hosted and run by Sally Potter Hypnotherapy and Retreats (SPHR)

  1. A non-refundable deposit of £250 or a membership of SPHR is required to secure a place at a retreat

  2. Payment in full is required 28 days prior to the start of any retreat. After this date, no refunds will be given, but a booking may be transferred to another available retreat at the discretion of Sally Potter, with an administration fee of 25% of the cost of the retreat.

  3. Cancellations made between 28 and 60 days from the start of a retreat may transfer any payments made to another available retreat, with an administration fee of 20% of the cost of the retreat.

  4. Cancellations more than 60 days from the start of the booked retreat may receive a refund of payments made in excess of the deposit. The deposit may be transferred to another available  retreat at the discretion of SPHR

This notice is current as at 4th October 2024.
