GUT INSTINCT

This month, I’ve started a new course of study with my favourite neuroscientist - Dr Sarah McKay. As a member of the Neuroscience Coaching Network, I get to collaborate and have great conversations with coaches and therapists from across the world. We’ll be working on developing new resources for using neuroscience in our work, which I find very exciting!

In the first week, our topic has been about who we are as coaches and therapists. It has been interesting to explore the notion of our intuition and ‘gut instinct’ when we are working with clients, and how this allows each of us to have a different perspective on problems and solutions.
