There’s something very powerful about pressing pause — even for half an hour.
A moment to breathe, notice, and recalibrate.

Over the past year, our weekly online sessions have evolved into that space — a small sanctuary in the week where conversation, guided relaxation, and a sprinkle of neuroscience come together.

Now, this space has a name and a rhythm of its own, and I’m delighted to re-introduce you!

Welcome to NOURISH, part of the HYPNOURISH framework — a membership designed to help you care for your brain and body in simple, sustainable ways.

💚 What is NOURISH?

NOURISH is a blend of science, stillness and gentle community.
Each week we meet online for a 30-minute NEURONOURISH session — part guided visualisation, part mindful reflection, part education.

Some sessions focus on practical psychology or nutrition for brain health; others are simply a chance to settle the mind and reconnect with yourself. Every month follows a central theme inspired by nature, neuroscience, or the turning of the seasons — helping us to find rhythm and meaning in the world around us.

Each month brings its own energy — a thread that runs through our sessions and reflections.

Sometimes that theme reflects what’s happening outside our windows:
🍂 Settle — finding stillness as nature slows down - November
Sparkle — reigniting light and joy in the darkest months - December
🌱 Becoming — growing into new habits and possibilities as the year begins - January

These themes give us language for change — a way to understand our inner seasons and to move through them with curiosity rather than pressure.

Membership is £8.95 per month (cancel any time) or £89.50 per year — two months free.
Doors open at the start of each month for a new theme, but you can join whenever you’re ready to begin.
