SPRING RETREAT, NR Dartmoor, devon
A Retreat focused on REST and SElF HYPNOSIS for Women ready to take charge of their own health & wellbeing
Cut through the noise of wellness trends and discover what REALLY works for you.
March 26th -30th 2026
Reconnect with Your MIND, Body and Wellbeing
A few days to pause, reconnect, and gently return to yourself. Spring invites renewal - a time to emerge from Winter, soften what’s heavy and make space for what’s next. This retreat - one of my favourite events of the year - offers a peaceful rhythm of guided rest, reflection, and mindful practice, for those who crave quiet, space, nature, company, and/or clarity. Rest deeply. Breathe again. Come with the intention of wellness and nourishment, and listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.
What to expect at the SPRING retreat
PErsonalised care & relaxation
Retreat activities are designed to help you find calm, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover your inner balance. Learn self-hypnosis techniques with me that are designed to build confidence, reduce stress, improve focus, and promote better sleep, as well as restoring a general sense of balance and wellbeing. You’ll receive personalised support and guidance throughout your stay, ensuring you feel nurtured and supported every step of the way.
luxurious setting
You’ll stay at the award-winning Cottages at Blackadon Farm, a peaceful retreat centre nestled on the edge of Dartmoor. The tranquil surroundings offer the perfect escape from the pressures of everyday life.
nature walks
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Dartmoor and the South Hams, with guided walks that allow you to connect with nature and find stillness in the healing landscape. We will tailor the walks we do to suit everyone in the group. We will aim to cater to everyone’s abilities.
Mindful activities
Relaxation, wellness and nourishment is at the heart of this retreat. It’s about becoming immersed in nature, and your own sense of self, health and creative inspiration.
The activities offered during the retreat will focus on enjoying nature, exploring nutrition, self-hypnosis, creative expression and deep relaxation. We are just steps away from breath-taking views on Dartmoor, however, my aim will be to encourage you to notice so much more. We will indulge in a wonderful sound bath. There will be plenty of opportunities to have moments for yourself, to get creative together, and an option to book a reflexology session too.
NUTRITIOUS MEALS
Enjoy healthy, seasonal meals prepared with love by Sandy from Dartmoor Larder. Every dish is locally sourced, nourishing both body and mind.
FORM LASTING CONNECTIONS
One of the most valuable aspects of our retreat is the opportunity to build supportive relationships. You’ll share your experiences in a safe community of women, forming lasting connections that often continue beyond the retreat.

“Sally’s retreat was so relaxing and special. The atmosphere was warm and accepting and I felt safe to be myself completely. I had never been on a retreat before and would highly recommend this one. If you want to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and inspired, then go on Sally’s retreat. Thank you 🤩”

“My whole want for the weekend was to slow down and change that belief of ‘always in a rush’. I wanted to share, Sally, as I feel so many would feel similar about slowing down and taking time, and this is the power of it"
