SEPTEMBER 3 NIGHT RETREAT

25th-27th September 2026

Joy and Connection through NATURE and SONg

With Sally Potter and Hope Buzza

Reconnect with Yourself and your Wellbeing through nature and song

If you’re navigating hormonal changes, life changes or simply want to reconnect with your health and wellbeing, this retreat is for you.
This September, join me, Hope and Sandy for 3 nights and days of rest and relaxation with plenty of time to slow down, sing and be still.

In choosing to allow yourself this time, you’ll nurture your parasympathetic nervous system - including your vagus nerve - and create the environment in your mind and body for creativity and exploration

Activities (all entirely optional - you choose) will include walking, singing, mindfulness, talking, learning about the neuroscience of wellness, creativity and sharing nourishing food, connection and conversation.

Led by Sally Potter and Hope Buzza, with your wellness in mind.

It’s a simple thing,
because life is meant to be simple

singing at the retreat

Firstly, if you can speak you can sing! We all do it differently, but there is no right or wrong way and during the singing sessions there will never be any expectation of how we should sound.

We sing simply for joy and connection. The songs will be easy to learn by ear, repeated until everyone is comfortable and then looped, and often harmonised, to create something rather beautiful. No music to read, no pressure and definitely no solos!

You may choose to simply listen, joining your voice if and when you want to. This retreat is about connection - to ourselves, each other and nature.

Singing is so beneficial for our wellbeing. Physically it helps us breathe deeply and increases lung capacity, plus the resonance of singing stimulates the vagus nerve and soothes our parasympathetic nervous system. Mentally and emotionally singing gives our memory a good workout as well as releasing ‘happy hormones’ that release stress, boost mood and foster social connections.

Some songs will link to nature and the seasons, others will be positive, life affirming mantras to lift the heart. Whether outside surrounded by the beauty of nature or in a cosy space inside, let’s come together and sing!

  • This is a retreat -a purposeful pause. We’ll move gently, reflect deeply, rest fully. It’s not a party or sightseeing tour.

Hypnosis is only ever done with full consent, as part of a one to one session or a Self Hypnosis Workshop, all of which are entirely optional
