Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our specially designed retreat offers a safe and supportive space for women who are navigating loss.

Whether you’re experiencing the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or another significant life change, this retreat provides the opportunity to heal in a nurturing environment, surrounded by nature, community, and expert care.

Join us for a few days of self-care, healing, and connection in the peaceful setting of Blackadon Farm on Dartmoor, South Devon.

PErsonalised care & relaxation

Our retreat activities are tailored to meet you where you are on your journey with grief. Learn self-hypnosis techniques from retreat leader Sally Potter, designed to help you manage stress, relax deeply, and improve your sleep quality. You’ll receive personalised attention from our expert team to support you every step of the way.

Meet Your Hosts

From our previous guests:

  • “Sally’s retreat was so relaxing and special. The atmosphere was warm and accepting and I felt safe to be myself completely. I had never been on a retreat before and would highly recommend this one. If you want to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and inspired, then go on Sally’s retreat. Thank you 🤩”

    Lorr, April '24 retreat

  • "I liked the supportive atmosphere. it achieved the unusual combination of being caring but not intrusive"

    Beryl, January '23 retreat

  • “My whole want for the weekend was to slow down and change that belief of ‘always in a rush’. I wanted to share, Sally, as I feel so many would feel similar about slowing down and taking time, and this is the power of it"

Jo Sayers - Coach for Mums, March '23 retreat
