Learn self-hypnosis techniques from retreat leader Sally Potter, designed to help you manage stress, relax deeply, and improve your sleep quality. You’ll receive personalised attention from our expert team to support you every step of the way.
What to expect at the November retreat

You’ll stay at the award-winning Cottages at Blackadon Farm, a peaceful retreat centre nestled on the edge of Dartmoor. The tranquil surroundings offer the perfect escape from the pressures of everyday life.
nature walks
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Dartmoor and the South Hams, with guided walks that allow you to connect with nature and find stillness in the healing landscape. We will tailor the walks we do to suit everyone in the group. We will aim to cater to everyone’s abilities.
CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
We offer a variety of gentle, therapeutic workshops inspired by nature. These activities are designed to encourage self-expression and bring a sense of calm and clarity.
NUTRITIOUS MEALS
Enjoy healthy, seasonal meals prepared with love by Sandy from Dartmoor Larder. Every dish is locally sourced, nourishing both body and mind.
FORM LASTING CONNECTIONS
One of the most valuable aspects of our retreat is the opportunity to build supportive relationships. You’ll share your experiences in a safe community of women, forming lasting connections that will continue beyond the retreat.

The Cottages at Blackadon Farm, Dartmoor
From £650 per person (based on shared accommodation). Private rooms are available at an additional cost. Prices include accommodation, meals, workshops, nature walks, and all retreat activities.

Pay in full OR Secure your place with a £250 deposit. Full payment is due by 1st November 2024.

Full payment secures your place for a single occupancy room on one retreat per year. The full value of monthly payments can be used towards any retreat. Sharing options are also available, and your monthly subscription can be used towards any room type.
We have space for only 12 participants, ensuring an intimate and supportive environment. Early booking is highly recommended.

There is one fully accessible room available for private, double or twin occupancy. Please contact me to book this room.
Prices are inclusive of 4 nights accommodation, all food, drink and group activities and workshops. There’s a lovely goody bag too!
One to one sessions with Sally, Nickie or Emma, and reflexology with Lisa are available as an add-on at the time of booking, with an extra charge.
If you prefer you can pay a deposit now to secure your room and then arrange a payment plan for the remainder.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for the nature walks, as well as any personal items that help you feel at ease. We provide everything else, from cosy blankets to self-hypnosis materials.
