A day to relax, reset and replenish

This lovely mini retreat is a few hours of peaceful, joyful time just for you
With a maximum of 8 guests, we’ll spend the day together to relax and refresh
FERMENTATION WORKSHOP
We’ll make a jar each of fermenting vegetables to take home and enjoy. Fermenting has all sorts of benefits, and we’ll discuss these during the workshop too.

PEACEFUL setting
We’ll meet at my home practice just outside Ivybridge. My therapy room is a tranquil environment.
Walk
We can walk onto Dartmoor easily from my home. Immersing ourselves in the natural landscape is a great way to access our inner settled selves.
REFRESHMENTS INCLUDING LUNCH
We’ll share a meal together at lunchtime. The menu will be vegetarian and seasonal. Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.
FORM LASTING CONNECTIONS
One of the most valuable aspects of our retreat is the opportunity to build supportive relationships. You’ll share your experiences in a safe community of women, forming lasting connections that will continue beyond the retreat.
