Each day focuses on a core pillar of healthy sleep. We’ll keep it simple and practical:
Light – how natural morning light and reducing evening light (especially screens) resets your body clock.
Dark – creating a calmer, darker evening routine that signals “it’s safe to rest now”.
Temperature – why being “just cool enough” helps you fall and stay asleep.
Rhythm – choosing consistent bedtime and wake time that works for your real life.
Body – noticing caffeine, alcohol, food (including fibre) and movement, and how they affect your nights.
Mind – introducing a simple 12-minute practice to soothe your nervous system and drift into sleep more easily.
Review & Reset – looking back over your week, spotting patterns and choosing what to keep going.
