What to expect at the January mini retreat
luxurious setting
The retreat is held at the award-winning Cottages at Blackadon Farm, a peaceful retreat centre nestled on the edge of Dartmoor. The tranquil surroundings offer the perfect escape from the pressures of everyday life.
nature walks
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Dartmoor and the South Hams, with accompanied walks that allow you to connect with nature and find stillness in the healing landscape. We will tailor the walks we do to suit everyone in the group. We will aim to cater to everyone’s abilities.
CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
Maggie Smith, renowned local artist, will lead a printmaking workshop on Saturday morning.
Creativity is a great way to be present and lose yourself for a few hours.
NUTRITIOUS MEALS
Dinner on Friday evening and lunch on Saturday are provided for all guests. Dinner is provided on Saturday evening for residential guests. Other meals are on a self catering basis for anyone choosing accommodation.
SOUND BATH
Helen Philips will provide us with a beautiful, relaxing Sound Bath on Friday afternoon. Together we’ll get comfortable in The Haven and settle down for an hour of therapeutic sound to calm and release.
