Midweek Mindset Reset begins again this week
Despite the hype of ‘New Year New You’ it’s important to remember that it is still winter! Our bodies and brains are designed to rest when it’s dark. You can forgive yourself for not being ready to get too busy just because Christmas is behind us. This January, why not join me for some relaxing reflection, rest and restoration?
My NOURISH membership offers you a year-round opportunity to tune in and feel rested. Every week, there is a ‘Mindset Reset’ session via Zoom. Here, you’ll learn strategies for calm and enjoy a guided visualisation geared to the season. There is also a monthly journaling session, and a Q & A for anyone taking my SLEEP course.
The diary for January is below. It includes a new date for my FREE ‘Find your word for 2025’ journaling workshop. I ran this with 10 people on the 5th January, and there were lots of people who wanted to come, but couldn’t make that day, so I’ve added another date - Sunday 19th January at 7pm.
